Deliverables

Upon full payment, you will receive the agreed-upon intellectual property rights to the deliverables as specified in your project agreement. We may retain the right to use the work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Payment Terms

• All fees and payment terms will be specified in the project agreement or invoice
• Payment is due according to the terms specified in your agreement
• Late payments may incur additional fees or interest charges
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes

6. Project Timeline and Delays

We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed-upon deadlines. However, timelines are estimates and may be affected by:

• Delays in receiving necessary materials or feedback from you
• Changes to project scope or requirements
• Technical difficulties or unforeseen circumstances
• Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control

We will communicate any potential delays promptly and work with you to establish revised timelines.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. However, our services are provided "as is" without any other warranties, express or implied.

We do not warrant that:

• Our services will meet all your requirements
• Our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from our services will be accurate or reliable
• Any defects will be corrected

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Curio Web Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Curio Web Design, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:
