4. Cookies, Tracking Technologies, and Third-Party Services
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience on our website. Cookies are small data files stored on your device that help us:

- Understand how visitors use our website (analytics)
- Protect our forms from spam and abuse
- Improve website performance and functionality
Third-Party Services We Use
We rely on a small number of third-party services to operate the website and respond to inquiries. Each service may set its own cookies and collect data subject to its own privacy policy:
Google Analytics 4
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, time on page, traffic sources, device type). Google Analytics sets cookies in the _ga family to identify a returning browser. Google does not log IP addresses in GA4 by default. Data is processed by Google LLC and may be transferred to servers in the United States. See the Google Privacy Policy.
Google reCAPTCHA
Our contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to detect automated submissions. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information (device, browser, IP address, mouse and keyboard interaction patterns) and sends it to Google for analysis. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Calendly
We use Calendly to schedule discovery calls. When you book a call, Calendly collects the information you provide (typically name, email address, time zone, and any details you add to the booking) and processes it on its own infrastructure. See the Calendly Privacy Notice.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. However, disabling cookies may affect your ability to use certain features of our website (for example, the contact form's spam protection requires reCAPTCHA cookies).
For a complete list of cookies set by this site, see our Cookie Policy.
5. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:
- Encryption of data in transit and at rest
- Regular security assessments and updates
- Access controls and authentication procedures
- Employee training on data protection
However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You have certain rights regarding your personal information:
- Access: You can request access to the personal information we hold about you
- Correction: You can request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
